I've never actually done it myself so I can't guide you any further but I should tell you to be careful, you could easily make your system unbootable and have to spend time and effort fixing it again. Start Partition Wizard, select a physical disk listed in the main window, select from top menu Disk -> Rebuild MBR If MBR (Master Boot Record) of disk is damaged, system cannot boot.
